Adams Ridge Community Service Association is part of the Adams Ridge Home Owners Association which includes a large community area including a clubhouse, play area, pool, tennis courts, and basketball courts.  The clubhouse and pool are available for rentals by any homeowner.  The pool requires a pool pass to enter, which is available at the management company's office.
